Our General Meeting 2024 combined with dinner at the amazing Restaurant Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten.
On March 14, 2023, this year's TecHUB general meeting took place at the "Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten". Right from the start, during the aperitif, one could observe the significant growth the association had experienced over the past year. Despite a wave of illnesses that prevented some members from attending, a record number of members participated in the general assembly.
Following the appetizing aperitif, the official part of the assembly commenced. The president's annual report, the financial report, and the budget were swiftly addressed and unanimously approved. As the board elections occur biennially, the penultimate agenda item was soon discussed. Data for the year 2024 was reviewed, with a special mention of the Community Event in Basel, the spring Community Event, and the TecHUB Conference. With the agenda item "Varia", the meeting ended.
In line with the spirit of a networking association, conversations began almost immediately after the president's closing remarks. Over a delightful dinner featuring the traditional "Zürcher Geschnetzeltes with Rösti", the latest stories were shared. After dessert, the majority of the assembly gradually dispersed. However, according to whispers among members, some were still seen reveling in Zurich well past midnight.
